PSRA Commercial Lease Register Information Notes

The Commercial Leases Register is produced by the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) pursuant to the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011 (the Act). The Register includes the following information in respect of all commercial leases entered into since 1 January 2010:  The Address of the Commercial Property the Subject of the Lease;  The Date of the Lease of the Property;  The Term of Years of the Lease, and  The Rent Payable in Respect of the Property. Please note, the data below is a subset of the larger Commercial Lease Register and relates only to Dublin.
